Pet Policy

The Emery is pet friendly for up to two pets maximum per apartment. You are able to have two cats OR two dogs OR one cat and one dog. We do not have a weight restriction at this location.

Unacceptable breeds of dogs include, but are not limited to:

Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Great Danes, Mastiff breeds, Cane Corso, Pit Bulls (American Stafford Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, American Bull Dogs), Rottweilers, Wolf hybrids, or any mix of breeds listed above.
